I apply for jobs on the PA CareerLink® website but I never hear from the employers. Am I doing something wrong?
One reason we often see is that applicants are not fully applying for the job. Make sure you read the page carefully for any further contact instructions from the employer. Another possibility is that after the employer reviewed your resume they did not feel that you met the qualifications for the job. This is why you must make sure that your online resume includes all of your experience, skills and abilities so that employers know your qualifications.
